I. General terms

  1. The terms and conditions listed below are the basis on which the online shop sells and delivers goods. The shop www.beatacupriak.pl includes all the addresses and links to this site.
  2. This site is run by "BC Beata Cupriak" with its office in Michałowice, 05-816, Raszyńska 3, registered by the Mayor of Michałowice, NIP: 522-000-6869, REGON: 013027598.
  3. The e-mail address is: info@beatacupriak.pl. The telephone number is: +48 22 7238815 and is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
  4. Familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions before ordering products from this site. By buying goods from the site, you accept these terms and conditions and are subject to them.
  5. The terms in these terms and conditions mean:
  • Website- The combined functionality of the address: www.beatacupriak.pl along with addresses and links to this site,
  • Product- movable property subject to the sale agreement,
  • Client- physical party with legal competency placing an order or registering on the site,
  • Account- a part of the website which allows the client to use certain functions listed in this terms and conditions document,
  • Order confirmation- An e-mail confirming the placing of your order,
  • Contract- a sales contract in the light of the civil code, made between "BC Beata Cupriak" and a customer, using communication means provided by the website.

The terms used in these terms and conditions in the second person, are directed at the client.

II. Privacy policy

  1. Your privacy is our priority. With that in mind, your name, surname and other information will only be used in the ways specified by these terms and conditions. Data will be gathered only to maintain relations with you and will be stored for as long as those relations last or as long as the law requires it.
  2. While visiting the web page you remain anonymous. It is only after you register and log in using a user name and a password, that the information is collected. We gather, use and store information about you when you place an order on the web site. The data that we are authorised to collect is your: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, sex, details about your credit cards and bank accounts.
  3. The data you make available to us by shopping on our website will be used to manage your order, your account and to verify your online payment. After your agreement we may send you e-mail with other offers. You can refuse these messages at any time.
  4. Our web site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files. They recognise your computer as a unique entry on our web site. They are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used to identify your IP address. We use cookies in order to complete transactions in a safe way, to understand how you use our web site, and what we can do to make thae experience more pleasant for you. We also use cookies for marketing and statistics. At any time you can change your cookies settings in your browser. Using our web site without changing the settings means that the cookie files will end up on your device. Switching of cookies will make placing an order impossible.
  5. We are authorised to give your: address, name, surname and telephone number to another company that will deliver your order for example: our courier or another delivery company.
  6. You can access your information at any time by logging onto your account on our web site. There you can check the history and the status of your orders, manage your addresses, bank account information and the newsletters you are subscribed to. You are required to keep your login and password to yourself and not share this information with a third party.
  7. Gathering your information through the web site, we store them on a secure server. We use a firewall on our servers. When we collect data on credit cards, we use a SSL security protocol.

III. Placing and processing an order- sales contract

  1. To place an order you must create an account on the web site and follow the instructions listed on the website or dictated over the telephone.
  2. Payment must be made immediately after placing an order.
  3. You must verify that all of the information given to us is correct, that you are authorised to use the credit card, bank account or another payment method you are using and that you have sufficient funds to pay for the order. We reserve the right do confirm the details of the transaction before delivering the product.
  4. Placing an order means that you accept the terms and conditions on that day.
  5. By placing an order you agree to receive all notices we send via the e-mail address you provided, while creating or modifying your account.
  6. Your order is a binding contract from the moment of the order to receiving an order confirmation from us, or to receiving a notice from you, that you will be cancelling the order, whichever comes first.
  7. We are not obligated to deliver your order if we do not confirm it. Until we have confirmed that the order was accepted, any e-mail, letter, fax or any other means of communication is purely for information purposes and is not an order confirmation. A message like that might contain the number and the details about your order. We may refuse your order for many reasons, one of them being the lack of product. We might offer you a substitute (in that case you will be asked to place the order once again).
  8. The contract is complete and we are required to deliver your order when we receive a payment confirmation concerning your order. The order is officially confirmed after you receive an e-mail titled “Order Confirmation” from us. You are also notified of you right to annul the contract. An Order confirmation is considered to be successful once we have sent it to your e-mail account in a way that allows you to receive it. We may send you a receipt after confirming your order, it does not however mean that you can forgo the payment. Until we confirm your order, we reserve the right to refuse it and you have the right to cancel it. In the case of an order refused by us or you cancelling your order, we will return any funds you spend on the order, to you or the same bank as your credit card.
  9. If after receiving an order confirmation from us you decide that you made a mistake, contact us immediately at: info@beatacupriak.pl. We will try to help you change your order. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your every request.
  10. The contract pertains only to the items we have included in the order confirmation.
  11. We are required to provide you with products without flaws.
  12. If however the product has a flaw specified by the civil codex, we are responsible for the products to the extent stated in the codex.
  13. You are required to provide us, via the website, with true and up to date information.
  14. You are only allowed one account on our website. In the case of a person having more than one account, we reserve the right to delete those accounts.
  15. The prices in our internet store are given in polish zloty and include taxes (VAT)
  16. Orders paid for with a bank transfer are sent out after the money transfer is complete and the required sum is received.
  17. International deliveries are sent after a telephone or e-mail contact.

IV Delivery

  1. We offer delivering your orders via InPost, Ruch newsstands or directly to you via DHL. Orders are typically sent out within 24 h of placing the order during workdays.
  2. All Poland deliveries are free of charge.
  3. We offer international delivery via Inpost or Poczta Polska (prices according to the price list). You are responsible for paying the delivery charges. We will inform you of the costs before sending you the order.
  4. You can also choose to pick up your order yourself at our company in Michałowice, Raszyńska 3, 9.00-19.00 from Monday to Friday and 10.00-14.00 on Saturdays.

  1. When ordering to a Poland address, you can choose one of these methods of payment:

VI Cancellation

  1. You may choose to cancel your order without giving a reason by returning it within 14 days of receiving it.
  2. If you wish to return products, log onto your account on our website, go into your order history and open the order you wish to return. Check all the products you wish to send back and then click “return”.
  3. You can also right us an e-mail notifying us of the cancellation at: info@beatacupriak.pl . Please write which product or products you want to return.
  4. If you want you can use a returns form available here but that is not compulsory.
  5. Send back the item with 14 days of cancellation. Once we receive the package, we will return the sum you spent on the order.
  6. We cannot receive non prepaid packages.
  7. We may hold off on returning your funds until we receive the returned goods or proof of sending back the order, whichever comes first.
  8. We will refund the sum using the same method you used for paying for your order, unless you agree to a different method.

VII Free returns (Poland only) within 14 days from delivery

  1. If the delivery was to a address in Poland, the return is free. However, to enjoy free returns you must choose the same method of sending the products to us as you did when ordering it and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, you will have to pay the delivery fees.
  2. If you ordered the product and chose DHL to deliver it, go to https://bc-beata-cupriak.dhl24.com.pl/zwroty, and fill out and send the form you will find there. Once you have done that, we will approve the form and send you an e-mail with a link. Click the link and you will be transferred to another form where you must write the day and time you want the courier to show up for your package. Once that is completed, you will receive another e-mail with a delivery label you must attach to the package you want to send.
  3. If you chose delivery by InPost, go to: www.szybkiezwroty.pl/BeataCupriak, and fill out and send out the form you will find there. You will receive a code by e-mail and message that you will need in order to send your package. Use any InPost machine to send the package choosing the following options: Send a package → i have a special code. After writing in the code, a slot will open. Please place the package inside and close it.
  4. If you chose to pick up your order from a Ruch news-stand via “Paczka w ruchu”, you will find a returns label inside. Stick this label on the package and take it to the news-stand. If you do not have a label, call or write us and we will email you the label.

VIII International returns

  1. Once you notify us about cancelling your order, wrap the items securely and send it back to us at:

  2. You will have to pay the charges for the return.

IX Cancelling the order

  1. We reserve the right to cancel your order especially if the item you have ordered is unavailable. In that case we will notify you immediately and reimburse you for your order.
  2. We will return the money using the same method, you used while placing your order unless you agree to another method.

X Complaints

  1. Complaints are processed in accordance to the civil law codex.
  2. If you wish to return a faulty product, wrap it securely and send it to us at:

  1. Fill out our complaints form here and send it along with the items you are returning.
  2. The complaint will be processed within 14 days.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, we will reimburse you for the order you returned.
  4. Remember that normal use is not subject to a complaint.
